The LP&W is a single track branch line connecting the mythical transcontinental

mountains, with the use of numerous tunnels.

On3 layout is a prototypical recreation of Colorado narrow-gauge railroading during the 1940s and 50s. Located in a dedicated basement space, the railroad features extensive scratch-built structures and handlaid track designed to handle heavy mountain operations. A unique technical feature is the integration of the analog PFM sound system, which provides deep-resonance audio synchronized with steam locomotive movements. The layout is set up point-to-point.

Bavarian and Pennsy layouts are looped for continuous running; Ma & Pa is point to point (York, Pa and Baltimore, Md) with return loop options.
